Pre-proposal for accounting system of chicken production

After receiving shit gamybosapskaitosvietos A.V.S. SIA (AVS – automated managing systems) offer to make following accounting system of chicken production (Program)

Introduction

Pre-posal is made on basis of incomplete information. Therefore it must look like idea of Program. We have rather good experience of making programs for slaughter houses and big meet factories in Latvia. For example our method of classification of pigs in slaughterhouse using WiFi caliper is accepted in EU (Brussels). We pay attention that our Program work in the Enterprise cloud and use a mobile equipment such a tablets and a Consumables (Barman).

1. Accounting technical scheme.

In figure 1 we see:

1.1. Live chicken weithing

We offer to use a RFID (Radio-frequency identification) chips for identification of lorry (or car drivers) . Car scales manager give RFID chip car driver when lorry with alive chicken come. Whan lorry is on scales first time (with Bruto weight) driver scan his chip to antenna. Green on traffic light show that Bruto weight is taken. When lorry is passed scales second time (Tara) driver return chips to scales manager and have signed invoice and official weighting protocol. Permanent chips can be given for Enterprise own car driver. Information about this is imputed in data base. This will make more precise and quicker weighting on car scales. Some example of this procedure is shown there. All Latvia's liquid gas goes throughout our program. Many farmers use program and car scales for counting goods in same mode.

1.2. Next working place is chicken counter. May be it is wireless or already fited with line to nearest computer. Than no needs to have special computer for counting number of chicken. There is possibilities to calculate average weight for every parties of chickens and hens.

1.3. Main working place for program is packing shop. We do not know what kinds of scales and bar codes printers Enterprise have and what Enterprise shall purchase more from Forintek. Therefore we show principal scheme of marking and packing place.

We usually connect together scales with touch screen and bar code printers. Plastic box (Tara) usually make “invisible” on scale. Programs users can identify himself with code (chips or fingerprint) and start marking and scaling job. They must to choice a weighted product and only put it on a scales. A bar codes with all needed information printing out automatically. In this case we know what quantities of products is packaging (produced), who and when produce it. If product is connected via calculations with row materials it is signed out automatically. In one meet factory we organize production line with 14 working place in the shops. User control movements of production started from incoming carcasses up to ready for sale sausage and ham. Program users see balance of meat, material costs and the full costs. We can organize excursion to this Latvia's factory to see this project in nature.

1.4. Last time more often we use tablets and Barmans in cloud because it is more common method for working in wet and cold shops. We run it in the cloud and take away when washing workshops. We decide that Enterprise computers cloud is cheaper simpler for organizing accounting job.

2. Other offers

We wanted to investigate the Enterprise for making precise technical projects and technical task for us. In this project we will use all present scales, label printers and another and will offer to improve something.
